Rocky Road Prep Time: 20 minutes (makes 18 squares) Cooking Time: 10 minutes on hob Ingredients 34cm x 20cm (13½” x 8”) brownie pan 275g (11oz) broken plain biscuits 250g (10oz) chocolate (milk or plain) 125g (5oz) butter 75g (3 tbsp) golden syrup 1 tbsp cocoa powder
(less if using plain chocolate) 170g bag mini marshmallows 184g bag maltesers 1 . Break chocolate into pieces
and put in a bowl. Set bowl over a saucepan of hot water stirring until it melts completely. 2. Melt butter, golden syrup and cocoa together in a large saucepan,
add melted chocolate. Allow to cool slightly, then add broken plain biscuits, marshmallows and maltesers and stir until well coated. 3. Spoon into brownie pan and place in fridge for 2 hours until set. 4. Turn out and cut into 18 squares (or cut these diagonally to make 36 smaller triangles).
